To ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, it’s necessary to plan every aspect of the work. From scheduling tasks in advance with specific completion dates for each task as well as tracking their progress throughout implementation.
- General Contractors / Sub Contractors can create / modify SOV’s and send it to Owners/ General Contractors for Approval. Owners / GCs can approve or reject with comments.
- Subs can create division wise SOV’s and add Schedule Values, Start & End dates
- Change Orders are integrated with SOV’s and cost impact & revised values are automatically reflected
- Pay-Apps are integrated and automatically reflected basis proportion of work completed
- Notifications are triggered whenever a SOV is sent out for approval or is rejected
- Executed SOV’s cannot be altered by any personnel
